Very unhappy with paws in paradise. Brought my 2 ragdoll cats to be groomed told him not I repeat not to cut the fur off of there paws and he did anyways. He is a very rude man brought them in at 9 am did not pick them up until 5:30. We called 2 times and he said very rude that he will call when they are ready . We had them groomed before at another place and the only took a few hours not 8 1/2 hours.we will never go there again.

They did an amazing job o. My irish wold hound. Very affordable, clean, and friendly.

Walked in there just to see what they were about, was happy with my current groomer, but they were closer, tried them out, and what a mistake. I have since returned to my other groomer, who had to fix what they did, and they are expensive,quote one price and charge another. No nice.

Response to Boyilily (Horrible) Really??? you request a groomer to cut your dog shorter and since you don't like the end result YOU REQUESTED, you write this review. This most likely is not the first time you have done this. Get a life!!! evidently you don't have one at home....

What a wonderful staff. They truly care about your pampered pooches here. My dog is a recent rescue and still has anxiety about traveling and strangers. Bless her heart she shook all the way there. We were heartbroken to have to leave her, only to return to find her in the arms of the groomer geting spoiled with love. It was like she didn't even miss us at all. She was so relaxed and happy. We are definitely going to be loyal customers.

Took my Schnauzer there after having 2 bad cuts at another local pet groomer. Staff are excellent. Very clean and friendly. Even though they had to try and fix the previous cuts, my dog looked great for a reasonable price. Can't wait to go back
