To make a long story short, I was recently considering the purchase of a property in Strongsville, Ohio. I had looked at the property on two occasions and it appeared to be as advertised and well maintained. On the advise of a friend, I contacted a local company to schedule an inspection. I got in contact with Tony Perry, with Total Care Inspections to schedule an inspection, Tony was very helpful and was able to complete the inspection the next day. To my surprise Tony, contacted me that very evening with his findings,and was I in for a shock. Tony and his team had uncovered some very serious defects with the property. Tony came to our home and delivered a very detailed inspection report and advised us against the purchase. We got out of the deal as a result of Tony's advise and all I can say is a big thank you.
