I wanted to cancel my account because I moved. Now I have to drive an hour and a half just so I can sign a stupid paper.

The girl behind the counter was helpful in chosing the right bed for my skin type plus the bed that I was in was clean unlike other places I have been to. will be going back!

I went to supertan because i had a coupon and it was close to my house. they pressured me into getting an expensive package and were borderline rude. Eventually it wasn't worth it to me and so i tried to end my package, but they talked me into freezing it (which still cost me money). so after 6 months i still didn't want it so i finally cancelled. When they asked why i wanted to cancel, i said it was because somebody i knew had skin cancer (which is true and the only reason i thought they wouldn't try and talk me out of). but naturally, the guy tried to tell me skin cancer was more from outdoor tanning. very sensitive, huh? I will never go here again and overpay to be treated like that.

Awfull experience. I was a member of the tanning place they bought out and when they took over, they made me sign a contract, charged me $80 to tan, and tried to run my credit card again in two weekes for the next month's membership after they got $80 for the whole month unlimited in advance... They pretty much robbed me. I'll never go back there and I will tell all my friends not to go there.

this place has good beds but some of the people that work there are snobby turds..
