I also go to this starbucks daily and have never had a problem I find Brittney Schuller to be an excellent manager and look forward to seeing her everyday I recommend this store to anyone

I find Brittney Schuller to be an excellent manager She runs the store very well There are many difficult customers and I find she meets their needs and demands the best way she can I too go their daily and am always satisfied with my experience

Very poor customer service. Store manager Brittney Schuller is very rude and have no customer service skills. Rest of that store staff is very helpful and friendly. I drink starbucks coffee every day and been using that location a lot but never been treated so poorly. Am sure Brittney turn away many customers from that location if she talk to customers the way she talk to me. Many customers chose starbucks coffee because of variety of drinks available, store atmosphere and high quality customer service. I have been in sales for over 10 years and I know if I talk to customers the way Brittney talk to me today I would not be able to keep my job.
