Very disappointed. The doctor (PA) came in to the room and spent 5 minutes with no eye-contact and poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rocky Mountain Urgent Care Complaint Dec 1 2017

Another medical practice gave me the phone number of your Lakewood office and the name, "Zackery Bjore."

I called on November 29 and was given an appointment for 10:00 a.m., December 1. I immediately put the appointment in my calendar with Mr. Bjore's name.

When I arrived at 9:15 a.m. and said I was there to see Mr. Bjore, I was told that he has not worked at that office in "more than a year." Instead, I was told, I would be seeing "Lisa."

At 9:30 a.m., a redheaded woman escorted me to an exam room and took my vitals. She REEKED of perfume. I suffer from respiratory illness, and I imagine many of your other patients do, too. The staff of a medical facility should NEVER wear perfumes, colognes, or scented cosmetics of any kind. This is elementary practice management.

While I waited for Lisa, I overheard what I assume to be a provider in the next room, loudly discussing "CAT scan" and "pain" with a patient whose voice I could not hear distinctly. So much for "patient privacy."

At 9:55 a.m., Lisa walked in; by her loud voice, I recognized her as the person I'd overheard so clearly. Lisa said that she was not scheduled to see me.

I got up and stalked out, muttering an obscene opinion of every single member of your staff who I'd met so far.

As I sat outside, awaiting Uber, a blonde woman with glasses accosted me. She said there had been a misunderstanding, and that I had an appointment with "Tara." But, she added, Lisa would see me now.

I declined. She persisted. I said, "Good day to you, madam." She left, and minutes later, so did I.

I neglected to obtain a refund of my co-payment. I want that money back, as long as getting it does not require me to set foot in that clown show you're running on Parfet Street.

I would put 5 for professionalism but poor customer service Johanna ( front desk) took the 1 off from 5, the rest of staff were excellent ( I am not sure why she is still there unless she is related to someone high up) because if I am poor in customer service I will be gone long time ago!

Short wait, professional and friendly staff, x-ray machine and tech on site. My 11 year old daughter left diagnosed with a broken foot but pleased with her experience at this clinic.
