It took 5 times my PCP sending in a request for an O2 machine to be set up in my home before they acknowledged the request. Then I couldn't get a time when they would be there so I could arrange to be at the house from work so had to take an entire day off. Then the machine was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it in the room while wearing it so I moved the machine to another area and found I wasn't supplied with adapters for the long hose to be connected to the nasal hose. Then when I called to have one brought out was told that I was provided with one just hadn't seen it. Quote: "In my 9 years here I have never had a kit that didn't have it. (paraphrase) You're wrong but I'll have one brought out to you." Then the person delivering didn't even allow for the door to be answered before dropping the adaptors on a table outside and taking off. Granted, he called after he took off and left a voice message that said that he had delivered it to the table..." So far not impressed with this company.

I have had good response and service. They have moved their office from Evergreen to Lakewood and have a different answering service which was not as good as before the last time I used it. joyce

We have had 3 short term experiences with this company. Twice following hospital stays for surgery. First time was not awful, just inconvient. Never billed insurance so we had to pay. And kept billing monthly after the unit was returned.second time was more of the same and slow service. The third time was last night. It took hours to get the portable tank while waiting for discharge from the hospital. My husband called for delivery of a concentrator before I left the hospital, 15 minutes away. They would not even take the order until I was at home. Called again when I was home and was told it would take up to 2 hours. We waited over 5 1/2 hours. I called and cancelled the order. Beware of this company.

Do not use this company! Their customer service people and communication are TERRIBLE! They have NO consideration for customer's schedules and send their drivers to pick up/drop off equipment whenever they feel like it. Not to mention they even billed the wrong insurance and starting sending us statements to pay. We told their CS reps on several occasions when it was most convienent for us and when we would be home for their drivers to stop by and PLEASE contact us before doing so and they never did! One driver showed up right as I was leaving to pick up my children from school, kept me there anyway to collect equipment and sign paperwork, and I caused me to be very late picking them up- how inconsiderate! Beware of dealing with this company because we will never use them again.
