Carmen is the only Permanent makeup artist I will let near my face. I used someone else once and was very dissatisfied with the results. Carmen does superb work, People always, comment on my eyebrows. I have friends who have had eyeliner top & bottom done by Carmen and they look fabulous. That is next on my list. Cecilia
