I first off called to see if they did comforters and they asked me for my last name. After that they said they did not have my stuff. I then proceeded to tell them again that I was calling to see if they did comforters. They still did not understand so I went in and dropped it off. They then told me that they were closing soon and she would be leaving so I could not get it till three days later. That was no problem but then when I went to get it they were still not done with it. I could have just washed it myself in the time it took them to not understand me. Too much hassle!!
