I called them on a monday night asking for a quote on a new clutch. He gave me the lowest price out of over 20 other auto shops in the denver metro. I dropped my car off that night and he called me at 5 the next day saying it was done. A new clutch is a bigger job and most other places would have held my car for 2-3 days but these guys got it done quick. He also found that my transmission motor mount was bad and replaced that with no labor charge. One of the few good experiences i have had with auto shops in denver i highly recommend talking to these guys before going ealsewhere.

They DON'T call it Lakewood 5 Star for NOTHING!!



I would highly recommend O.T. and Lakewood 5 star to anyone looking for great service and reliable work. I have gone to many of the local places to get quotes on labor or parts and found that being a female seems to skew the equation in many repair shops. Not true of these hard working and enthusiastic mechanics. They treated me fairly and were entirely honest with me from the get go. O.T. even went as far as to help me diagnose miss-repairs and faulty parts I had gotten in previous repairs. His reliable work, quality standards, speed of service, positive attitude, and honesty make him a diamond in the rough. I have recommended him to everyone I know, and I would suggest you take the time to call him if you need any repairs or vehicle maintenance done.

I've had very good experiences. They explain what is needed and show the parts that were removed. Great customer service

I had good experiences with him, he ALWAYS has my car done in no more than a day, he always gives me the rebuilt price and the new price difference. I feel that he does good quality work, I bring him ALL my cars and I recomend him to friends. I do feel his prices are higher and I do wish he would bundle and offer more discounts especially to loyal customers but I am satisfied with his work up to now.
