Gung Ho is the BEST. I provide Gung-Ho between 12 and 20 pieces on a weekly basis, and they are ALWAYS reliable and ALWAYS fantastic. Gung-Ho had a two-month-long transition phase when it was upgrading its computers and in-house drycleaning equipement, which did cause some minor delays (for me, two shirts from a twenty-piece order were delayed by one day). It's unfortunate that the other guy's first experience was a terrible one, but it seems like a pretty minor hiccup and he should try them again. Everything has been smooth sailing. And if he noticed his beltloop was detatched, he probably could have pointed it out to Maria and she would have just stitched it back together. I used to live in NYC where cleaners fiended for your business. Gung Ho even surpasses all those places. They are the best- fast and friendly service.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE CLOTHES! The sign outside their store said something like, "clothes dropped off before 9am are done yesterday." I needed fast service so I thought I'd try them. The guy who checked in my clothes said they could be done next day, which is what I needed. When I came back the next day about 10 minutes before they closed, the lady could not find my clothes. She tried "another store" she thought they might be at which was "around the corner" but they weren't there either. Then, she said they were probably on the truck but she can't get ahold of the driver. She promised to give me a call that night regardless if they came in or not, but I never heard from her. I called the following day to see if they had them and was not able to talk to anyone, they kept hitting buttons and the phone just kept clicking. When I got there they actually did have them. However, to top everything off, a belt loop on one of my pants had come undone. No apology.
