Went to this store and was greeted by a friendly lady who showed me everything they had to offer. I knew what I wanted coming in but ended up upgrading to a better futon frame and mattress for my guest room. I had relatives coming to town and had really no way of getting the futon home in time but their delivery guy was prompt and set up my futon in no more than 15 minutes! I had shopped at the speer store and a store on Colfax but was highly unimpressed by the service.Going back next week to purchase a cover.

Ive just bought my second futon there and had it delivered and set up, the price was great and the customer service was excellent.
