You will regret doing business with these people!
The owner of this establishment and his wife are just rude. They will not stand behind their work. They will not even listen to complaints. They treated us with disrespect and would not even talk to us about the situation. He said to us “If you are going to complain, get out.” This was after the check was cashed, of course.
We had a car window tinted. There were bubbles. …. You want bubbles in window tint?
When we went in to get the glass fixed we were treated rudely. I felt like these two folks didn’t fully appreciate the color of my skin. The owners actually told me to go complain to the guy in the shop because he’s a contractor. I gave the owner the money and then the owner wouldn’t talk to me about the work that I contracted with him for.
I was given a 20 minute window that was actually delayed for hours. Best Buy Auto Glass, Inc. is not a good business. They wouldn’t even provide a receipt because the glass was darker than law allows! WHAT ?!?!?!?!?!?
You have been warned. You want to be treated like a second class citizen? Go see these guys!

Chad and Sandy Mondragen are horrible business people. They claimed they did our chip repair, but it was never done (verified by Safelite upon request of the insurance company) - and they sent the claim in and were paid by the insurance company. They put in a rear quarter glass, and the fit and alignment was off by over a half an inch. When this was pointed out, they said the glass just fits that way. Took it to another dealer (Premium Auto Glass (5 stars)), they said it was unacceptable and to have it redone. Chad would not do the repair until the insurance company refused to pay unless it was re-done properly, and then they wanted it brought to them. They also pad their fees - their charge was approx 600% more for a service several other company's perform as well. When all was said and done, they have extremely shoddy workmanship, overcharge, and are rude and belligerent to customers. Paperwork was requested - they refused to provide it.
