I hate leaving bad reviews, however, we are still feeling the wrath of our poor renovations done by James and his crew @ American Handyman Services.
Not only were we left with MANY unfinished parts of each and every room that they did, we now have colonies of wasps & mice in our home, which we never had a problem with before (maybe 1-2 mice in a year prior to this). And wasps?
There is a huge hole in our counter top where granite was not placed so you can imagine anything that gets put up there gets knocked down & we have to use a vacuum to get it out.
The trim on the flooring was removed and not replaced in the kitchen, so that is a nice little storage area for crumbs.
They broke our pantry door in the kitchen and never replaced it.
They took down the ceiling fan in the kitchen and did not have the decency to put it back up on their last day here.
We've got nails sticking out of walls near the floor.
The laminate flooring in the bathroom slides around all the way out into the hallway.
When the unfinished work was brought to James' attention he told us that we were $4000 over budget and that we can contact him for a "phase 2" if we wanted.

And to top it off, one of the employees left a used needle and syringe in our home where we have toddlers, young children & pets running around.

I sincerely hate having to share all of this but the mice issue we are dealing with now is ridiculous & nothing we have ever dealt with before, so I think it's my responsibility to warn others so that they don't have to go through this after waiting months to just have a better looking home.
