Run and run fast! Do yourself a favor and save time, money and stress. After what should have initially taken 2 days as estimated on the quote, we are now 2 months into installing flooring in one room and on 6 stairs. The company lacks professionalism, experienced installers, and is incapable of delivering a quality installation. The salesman continues to deliver excuse after excuse and is not educated in the industry standards. He is unable to order the appropriate amount of materials necessary to complete the job (the first, second or third time) and has no knowledge on how it should properly be installed (the stairs are currently being redone for the third time due to lack of structural integrity). The installers were unable to properly measure, line up pieces and took many shortcuts. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
