Made an appointment. When the guy was 45 min. late I called. He told me he dropped in and I wasn't home when actually he got the wrong address. Didn't apologize for his mistake. Then acted like he would be doing me a favor by rescheduling. Seems according to him the customer is always WRONG. Avoid.
