I think the employees here are extremely friendly so A+ on staffing! I have been a customer of this location for 5 years and although there have been a mistake or two here and there, they always handle it with respect. example: I brought in 7 shirts, they gave me a claim slip for 7 but only returned 6. with the 7th being lost and nowhere to be found, they Returned my money FULL PRICE to buy a new one and were very respectful and apologetic.

I took 5 items in for dry cleaning one being a 380 dollar Versace dress shirt that I've had for 15 years very nice shirt fit wonderful on me I ware only once maybe twice a year i had cleaned for the holidays. So on Christmas Day I go to take it off the hanger from the cleaner and realize that it was completely stretched out I new right away it would hang off me like I was little boy trying on daddy's shirt and it did so then I take it back to cleaners told them what was wrong then was told give them until the end of following week nothing herd so then I call the Tuesday on the third week and was told it was nothing they did to the shirt that it was because it was an older shirt and the elastic just wore out no apology and no compensation for my expensive shirt what good does giving me 10 dollars back for the cleaning I would not go here if I was u
