Our home flooded OCT 2022 on the main level causing major damage there (bathroom, kitchen, daughters room, living room, stairway) and down into our garage that also housed our long term storage and my photography studio. It took MONTHS fighting insurance on what felt like defeat.... Until Thomas came in! Our original offer from insurance was LESS THAN 55k. After Thomas's knowledge on insurance companies and legal assistance, we received over 120k. Every cent was used to rebuild our home! We were told we wouldn't get the same quality replacement on 90% of the things (like our cabinets) from other contractors; saying it was "impossible" to get insurance to cover both uppers and lower cabinets, x, y and z and we should just take what was given. WRONG!

Obviously, his knowledge on insurance was a main reason why a close friend recommended him and we ultimately used Thomas but he also has other great aspects to his company. If there was a problem, I got a call and/or text asap. If I had a problem, he was a call or text away. ANY TIME an inspector was here or a sub contractor, he was here, too. Even when it came time to do extra things out of pocket we were met with reasonable quotes and ultimately did get to do extra things. He was very transparent on pricing and helped me understand when things were above what insurance would pay. I would trust Thomas in large residential jobs, like our home, or large multifaceted business capital projects.
