Our home water pressure reduced from full operation to a mere trickle. Early this morning we contacted Mantyla Well Drilling in Lakeland, MN, and explained the issue. Mantyla's scheduler indicated a team would arrive this afternoon to diagnose and make repairs. After calling in advance, Shane and Brent arrived at 11:00 am to check our system. Working efficiently, the team made the diagnosis and repairs, and provided a detailed invoice within an hour. This company and employee team earned excellent ratings for their skilled service.

Very fast and efficient. We called because we had no water at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday and Rob was at our house by 8:30. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so we could better understand how our system works.

I would rate a negative 10 stars if that were an option.If you are going to use this company make sure you get an estimate. They start charging you when they leave the parking lot of their company or their previous job site. I just got off of the phone with the president, Richard Thon, and he stated that "to make it fair for all customers" we charge the use of the service truck to the next customer as soon as they leave the job site to go to the next job. So, if it takes them 35 minutes to get to your house, you only have 25 minutes for them to get the job done before they bill you for the 2nd hour. Did I tell you they charge $130/hr? Don't expect the service people to say "hi" and introduce themselves or take off their shoes when they enter your house. They also won't tell you what they did when they leave. When you call the company, dont expect the receptionist to tell you her name either. I was billed $180.93 for a 25 minute visit to replace a pressure switch.
