Anyone looking for Poor Customer Service this would be a great place to visit. I went there looking for a new pipe. Not knowing what to buy or what to look for in my purchase I would expect service beyond the normal. I was welcomed with was a couple at the bar, a gentleman eating pizza and a woman behind the counter on her phone. I kindly asked about the pipes and was direct to a wall of 15 or 20 pipes. I tried several times to ask for assistance but she was more into her phone than making a sale. I proceed to find they also had pipes in a glass case, after standing there for 10 mins I took the hint I was not getting help or asked if they could help. I would not waste your time visiting this place. One thing I know about doing business and its customer service. If this is normal service I would not expect to see them in business much longer.
