My dog loves it I've been coming since 2006 with my dog Moe. I like knowing that some one is always here and it's very clean.

My vet recommended this place as they were booked for Thanksgiving weekend. I have read the other reviews and was a bit skeptical but realized the reviews were from years ago. I called and set up a tour. The staff was very imformative and prices, pick up times, etc. the place was very clean and I liked that the little dogs got to hang out together. I called everyday while I was out of town and they were not in the least bothered by my calls. I also got my dog groomed and they did a better job then the place I have been taking him to for years. My dog was very excited to see me and I felt he had a good time as he typically does not like to be boarded. I got the right amount of food back as I gave them extra. I will go back again.

They are so good to the dogs very ,clean . They have a groomer there that,s groomed 35 years. They have good knowlage of dogs.

NEVER AGAIN. I will be sending the facility a letter explaining our disappointment. We boarded our two pugs for three days due to your vet being booked. They were not groomed as we asked, one had ticks on him, they lost the blanket and handed back our the dogs bedding soaking wet with the cover still on the bedding and poop still on it. They stated that the dogs soiled the bedding and they washed it. No they didn't....they sprayed it down at best and our dogs have never soiled. They didn't write down they we would be there in the morning to pick up our dogs so one came our filthy and the other soaking wet. We took them home and bathed them and removed the ticks. Have washed the bedding several times to ensure everything is washed properly. Will never use them again and would give a negative star if I could.....worst experience ever and have boarded at two other local facilities. Workers did not seem to care that we were upset and acted like they were doing us a favor.

My AKC registered dog went to this establishment to be groomed. I won't ever go back!! According to the owner, he was barking so they placed him in an area with another dog. Due to lack of supervision, he mated with an employee's female dog. She is not AKC. My husband was notified when he picked our dog up and I tried several times to call to find out what happened. The owner did apologize, but expressed she didn't understand why I was so upset. I explained that I wanted to verify the employee's dog was disease free and to exercise my rights. The employee and I arranged to meet at Sunny Days so I could see her dog. She wasn't there and I was frustrated as this was the second attempt. I expressed my frustration and when I said I would pursue my rights, the owner and his son?/employee verbally attacking me! They screamed at me and never attempted to take any responsibility! The other owner tried to stop them and she called the employee. I spoke with her and we will work out details.
