I had a roof leak that was pooling on my fireplace mantle. Springer Peterson sent two men out. They were on my roof for less than 5 minutes and the bill was close to $300.00 ($20.00 for materials - $265.00 labor). I left 4 voice mails for a call back for an explanation of charges. No return call. Two weeks later after a hard driving rain I again had the pool of water on my fireplace mantle. I called and was told they would forgo the service charge ($50.00) and would call me back to schedule. No call back.

Failed to fix 2 leaks, 2 visits each leak. After that they just stopped showing up for CONFIRMED appointments. Used to be a great company. Now you should avoid them like the plague. Staff doesn't even return calls.
