Shanghai Express on S. Florida Ave. was a fav of mine several years ago....but sometime after that started declining in quality of their food and the attitude of the man and wife that run it....As a customer that picked up my take out orders, I was very much surprised at how they decided to handle a badly prepared order one day and the rude behavior on the part of the couple was somewhat surprising.....obviously they do not value regular customers if it involves losing a small amount of profit to make good on a badly prepared meal....they lost all the rest of my patronage for future visits........

Went here when I was pregnant and got food poisoning. It was beyond HORRIBLE! The food had no flavor at all and was soooo over cooked. They servered you fast food style and still expected a tip, Im sorry but if you do no more than a McDonald's employee does then you get nothing extra from me. If I wouldnt tip them (and there's food is at least good), I for sure am NOT going to tip you. Im giving them 1 star and even thats being nice.
