Provided by YP.comBrought my Hoover to this shop after calling and being told they serviced them. When I arrived they said they only serviced one's they sold but offered to get parts if I paid labor. Then the creep tried to blame the malfunction on me without knowing the facts as it turns out this model is known for overheating. Then the creep tried to sell me an overpriced piece of junk made by Panasonic. Last time I checked Panasonic made TV's and cheap stereo equipment, not vacuums. No wonder the store had no customers when I was there.
