I've only been to Doug's automotive once, but I found him to be very straight-forward and honest. He showed me everything he needed to do and explained why. He gave me quotes for everything I asked him for, but didn't pressure me when I decided to only have part of the work done. I will definitely go back to Doug in the future for my automotive needs.

Dougs' automotive has performed all my automobile repairs for almost 10 years.



They have always been honest and I have never had a complaint with any aspect of their operation. After determining the problem(s), they explain all the repairs they are going to perform and if they find more in need of repair, they always ask you first before going ahead and just doing it. In addition, they thoroughly inspect your vehicle and will let you know of any potential problems before they occur. They give you an estimate of when the car will be ready and they are good to their word.



I have recommended many people to this place of business primarily because of the honesty. The prices are very competitive and there is no part of the vehicle that they cannot repair.



Going anywhere else for an automotive repair is simply a bad decision!
