Super fast service. Brought my laptop to Computer Xpress in the morning had it back by the same afternoon and working great.
The price was very reasonable and Steve's customer service was awesome.
I recommend this shop for all your computer needs!

A technician from ComputerXpress was very helpful when my Laptop were frozen. I dropped it at their store in Lakeland FL and they called me the next day to pick it up. Their charges were pocket friendly and their services were excellent. I will definitely go to them again whenever I have a problem with Laptop.

Took my burnt up computer with all my important info in and got great service right when I needed it most. I'm in the at and leaving soon so they made sure I got my computer back the same day in perfect working condition. I don't know where is be without their help!!

They charged me $70 dollars to diagnose my problem. I waited several days before I had to call them and ask what was going on and they told me they had to order a $50 part (I found similar parts online for as low as $3.50) and that I had to pay up front before they could order it. They charged me $50 more to install it and the clerk said I was getting a "really good deal." I waited nearly 2 more weeks before I had to call them again and ask what was taking so long and the clerk said the part hadn't been ordered, so I demanded my money and my computer back. His boss said the part had already been ordered and couldn't refund me. 3 days later they had it fixed. There's only a 30 day warranty on the repair. I generously gave them 2 stars because the computer works. Oh yea, the clerk tried to upsell me a useless accessory as well.

I broke my laptop and Keith was helpful and supportive. I had my computer back in no time!
