Seems as though they have taken on too many patients to be able to work efficiently. We came here 3 times and every time was an extraordinarily long wait for seemingly simple tasks. The first was to get my 3 daughters shot records changed to Florida shot records. This took 24 hours for 2 of them and 48 for the 3rd. The second time was my daughter who had just had covid and recovered 2 weeks prior was sick again. They insisted we do another covid test and refused to do anymore more testing until the negative test returned 24 hours later. After this 24 hour period the doctor then prescribed medication that they didn't turn into the pharmacy for another 48 hours. So at this point she had been sick for 3 days after going to Happy Kidz Pediactrics before receiving any medication. The last time we went there to simply have a physical that had already been done signed. Again this was a 24 hour wait only to get there and wait another 30 minutes for the doctor to finally sign off.

I love this pediatrician office. They are absolutely amazing. The doctor I saw Polta was exceptional. He was very personable and very professional. He reminded me of the Indian doctor at Lakeland regional who is also amazing. The front desk gave me a referral we needed immediately and didn't take a week. They had flu shots available. I was absolutely impressed. I thought we would be waiting a long time, because of the amount of families there, but no we were in taken care of and left within a half hour. They are amazing I well recommend them to everyone. I'm so happy my search for a awesome pediatrician is over. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and the doctors too.
