Old school car audio shop. Looks like a converted gas station inside--cramped, dark, man cave in all the worst definitions of the term. Signage is a garish affront to the senses, and it's everywhere. Many of the demo slots are empty or don't work. Smells like a good-sized animal died in there.



The work is substandard at best. They installed my USB port upside-down. (USB flash drives always go in with the label facing the user, dummies.) They hot-glued a 3.5mm mini jack in the dash, and the only thing that stuck was the hot glue, all over my dash. They promised to fix or replace the dash piece, which never happened. The mini jack itself came loose on Day 1. Best Buy, of all places, fixed it all for a fraction of the Alarms Etc price. To this day, everything Best Buy did works.



I wish I could give Alarms Etc. zero stars. You should visit, though, maybe after going to someplace nice, like a Lexus dealership. This way, you'd know what the exact opposite of that is.

Went to the shop to pickup some subs. The sales guy was very helpful.he showed me what would work best with my truck. As he is checking me out, the manager comes out of no were and says ill handle (very rude )as i continue to talk to the original sales guy. I felt very ( Rushed ) by the manager to get my transaction done as i was still asking questions to my original sales guy. I should have left but i wanted the subs will never go there again poor customer service.

I had window tint put on my car and the guys at Alarms Etc did a great job. The application of the tint was first rate and they backed it with a material and labor guarantee. A job well done.

Awesome! This place is huge! I spent half the day just playing with all the cool radios. Put my system on layaway. Can't wait to get it installed! Jon
