We just purchased a house and before we moved in we wanted to fix it up. We wanted a new hardwood floor installed in 2 room. We also wanted to move a few walls and refinish the existing floors. Since we were having walls removed this required the existing floors to be patched. A dear friend our ours told us to call Wizard of wood flooring. We called them in the evening and they returned our call the next day and set up a time for them to come out and give us a price. The price was very reasonable. We scheduled the work after they sent us the quote. They showed up on the date and time they scheduled us and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did such a great job. You cannot tell where they patched the floor. The new floors also look exactly like the existing floors. We are so pleased we have given their name to 2 people that we work with, Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

I let them work in my house while I was at work and I felt comfortable with them. One of the workers who I met, a young man, was very helpful and did a nice job. They replaced two boards on the floor, and you can’t even tell where they put them in. I was very happy with the work.

Michael had a crew out to sand and refinish our kitchen/laundry room hardwood floors. We had 3 coats of finish applied, as the kitchen is a high traffic area, and my experience is that it protects the floors better. We were able to get an estimate from Michael in a timely manner, it took a bit of follow-up to get us scheduled, but the work went as planned and in the time stated. The guys doing the work were great; they obviously knew their trade well, worked efficiently and the floors look wonderful. I was very pleased with the work, would definitely hire them again. Would probably ask for Wayne to come back, if possible; he really knew what he was doing. They used a Swedish varnish on the floors, in my opinion, it's the best finish available; we had a different finish in our family room, and it has not held up nearly as well.

We can't say enough about the way this company has treated us from the original job and the additional project. My wife and I are so happy with our floors the comments from visitors are AMAZING. The hardwood floors was the best choice we could make. My wife hasn't stopped talking about how polite the two men who worked here. We are planning on using them for the upstairs project next spring!

On a scale of 1-10, I would have to say 11.

I enjoyed working with these guys. They were prompt and thorough. When
they saw that my original stain color had faded & yellowed over the years,
they mixed a custom color of stain to match as closely (since we weren't
refinishing the stairs) as possible. The work was done quickly and
beautifully. We had done the refinishing on the first floor ourselves, and
had the 2nd floor done professionally approximately 4 years ago. However,
our tenant severely gouged the floor upstairs. WoWF made the nearly 100 yr.
old floors look like new! Beautiful, smooth, even staining, etc.

We had Mike and his crew came out to a house we had just purchased. They removed the old carpeting and refinished the existing floors. After they had removed the old carpeting we were very disappointed with the condition of the floors. Mike assured us that everything would look great, his only concern was an area that had a very dark stain on it. After they sanded that section they only had to replace a few boards at a very reasonable cost. We were shocked at how great the floors looked after they were done. The floors turned out like brand new. I cannot even tell where the new boards that were installed are. They truly are wizards.

The Wizard of wood flooring came out on a day that was convenient for me and
helped me chose the exact floor and color I wanted. Mike was very helpful in
getting me to understand the reason for everything they were doing and made
me feel very confident in the strength and durability in my new floor. When
it was finished it came out seamless. It wasn't as big of a headache as I
expected and went smoothly. I am so happy with how it turned out. I highly
suggest you give them a call

We had Wizard of Wood Flooring come out to our house and install a new floor with a French Knot border in the dining room and then refinish all of our existing floors. They did a terrific job. You cannot tell where the new floor starts and where the old floor ends. The man that worked at our house were so polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Wizard of Wood Flooring for all your hardwood flooring needs.

I can't say enough good things about Wizard Of Wood. The on-site team led by Wayne was extremely professional and so great to work with as was Mike the owner who prepared the quote. The floors are beautiful and this team takes pride in perfection. When I asked for a third coat of finish they didn't even hesitate and came immediately to do that for me. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Wayne and his team to do the work!

These guys screwed up my floor color, and wanted me to pay to fix it. They did damage to my bathroom which caused a leak. They were dishonest in honestly dealing with the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I’ve used them before, and they’ve been great. They were very easy to work with; flexible and cooperative with our schedule. They brought samples out to our home. The technicians showed up and completed the work with no problems. I’d use them again in the future.

Great team of guys! They made themselves available at all times. The gentlemen that did the actual install were much more informed than I had expected. They were very reliable. They did a great job installing the new floor and refinishing the other. They were very professional. Thank You.

Read online reviews of the Wizard of Wood Floors and was impressed. From the moment we spoke with Mike Galloway, the owner, we know we were hiring the right contractor. He was prompt with our appointments and honest with the best method of refinishing our floor. Mike and his co-workers were clean and organized. We used the Bona Dust Containment System and their hanging of the plastic to contain the small amount of dust that did result was excellent. Fred always kept us informed of his daily progress and notified us if they were running late each day. The floor was completed in the designated time. We are very pleased with our floor and will recommend the Wizard to our friends.

We hired the Wizard of Wood Floors to replace a damaged section in our floor and refinish the balance of our floors. Wow, they did a wonderful job! You cannot tell what boards were replaced, and the whole floor looks brand new. They used the low dust sanding system, so the dust was no sort of issue. The finish they used had a very low odor, so we did not have to leave our house. I definitely recommend the Wizard of Wood to everyone.

Mike is truly a Wizard of Wood Floors. His team performed a great job on the new wood floor. It matches the existing floor very well which is not easy to do. I love my new office floor. In addition, the team revived my existing 20 year old wood floors in the kitchen and foyer. They look almost new. I am very pleased with the Wizard of Wood Floors team. They really know a lot about wood floors, were very professional, cleaned up, and were on time. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others seeking work for wood flooring.

The Wizard and his crew removed our old floor and installed a new floor in our living room and dining room. They laced the floor into the old wood floor and refinished them. They installed a border in the dining room with French knots and it is spectacular. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. They used the new Bona low dust system and I was amazed at how little dust  there was.

I found them from the Bona USA web site. They were one of the few companies in the area that Bona has certified in their craftsman program and they has the Bona low dust system. I am so glad I found them and I am telling all my friends about them.

Wizard of Wood Flooring did an excellent job on my floors. I'm glad I got rid of the carpeting and put new wood floors in. It looks like my house got a makeover. I'm very happy with the job they did. There's nothing I would change about this process. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Wizard of wood flooring did a fantastic job on my floors. At first I was hesitant on getting the work done, since I had no Idea about the process or ever thought of getting hardwood flooring in my home. As soon as Mike Came out to give me an estimate I felt a lot better, He made the process simple and painless. The following week the crew came out and started on my floors.
