The service we have received at this shop ,from Helen most specifically was wonderful! Great menshaircut andHelen is so kind with people , especially those who need a little extra time and patience.We were devastated to arrive at this shop this week to find it closed and cleaned out!!! If anyone knows where Helen is, can you let me know by responding at this sight?

It was a last minute decision to try Fantastic Sams after having a very bad cut and color from another local (very expensive) salon a week prior. I walked into Fantastic Sams and explained my issue to Helen, who was very nice and listened to my concerns. Helen re-styled my hair and made me feel like a million bucks again. Thank you and I will be back!! No need to spend all that money at fancy salons when the people who have to most experience and knowledge are the ones that are cutting the most hair.

Helen gave two ladies with thick, curly hair great cuts. Helen greeted me then asked lady who did no say her name how long she would be. She asked when 3rd lady, Jennifer was coming in...not for over an hour so nameless lady took me in few minutes....I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN AND JUST WALKED OUT!!!!!

Jennifer started her shift...introduced herself, asked client's names, asked if they wanted anything...and WORKED FAST. She started highlight & cut after hairdresser started on mine, plus two men's cuts WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE CHAIR!!! The lady who worked on me DID NOT GIVE HER NAME, ASK IF I WANTED ANYTHING, DID NOT LISTEN TO MY QUESTIONS ABOUT DIFFERENT CUTS FOR MY HAIR....she was determined to do one style on me and that's all there was to it. She had to cut and dry a 2nd time as there was no style or VOLUME AT ALL!!!!! This lady has an accent and ugly hair and kept me in the chair for 4 HOURS!!! If I had the time and money, I would have gone to another palce to have hair RECUT AND HIGHLIGHTED. And this was not cheap even with a coupon. I SAID I WANTED A DIFFERENT CUT & SHE was PROUD she just gave me a trim......NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL!!!!! TAKE PICTURES WITH YOU!!!!! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!!!! STILL CRYING OVER IT!!!!!! Got home and had to use curling iron...and I said I wanted cut I can wash and go!!!!!!!
