Arthur is wonderful!! His workmanship is beautiful, he listens to what you are looking for and designs exactly what you had in mind! He designed a Mother's Ring for me and after showing me numerous options, created a gorgeous custom ring within my budget and time frame. I could not be more pleased!!

My wife and I wanted new wedding bands for our 20th. Arthur took our old rings and made a new one for me. It turned out very well. He also made a diamond band for my wife. We are exceptionally pleased and woud recommend him to everyone.

One word AMAZING !! I had two yellow gold rings. One of which was my wedding ring. We could not afford at this time to re-do it. Arthur chromium plated it along with a diamond cocktail ring. They turned out absolutely beautiful. They look like brand new rings. My husband is thrilled because having my wedding ring chromium plated satisfied me for a few more years until we can afford to have it redone by Arthur. Our daughter’s 21st birthday was coming up and we wanted to do something unique and special. I did some research on the internet and brought some ideas of a ring I wanted Arthur to help me design for her. I gave him some gold, diamonds, and excess jewelry I had. Arthur melted it all down and designed the ring in white gold. He took my ideas and of course added in his own special talent and crafty touch! I did not give him much time to do this and he worked hard and fast to get it done for us. The result was absolutely gorgeous and amazing!! When my daughter opened it she cried !! It is a one of a kind ring and not one day goes by without her getting a compliment or “where did you get that ring”. He will be a lifelong family jeweler for us. We highly recommend Arthurs Jewelry for anyone interested in purchasing jewelry or having it custom made.

I have nothing but great things to say about Arthur's Jewelry - he is honest and does fantastic work. I have gone to him several times with repairs and such but I just had him design a wedding band to match my engagement ring and I can't tell you how beautiful it turned out. I was referred to Arthurs Jewelry from several ladies I worked with. After having continued success with sizing several rings I decided to ask Arthur about redesigning my mother’s ring I had just inherited. He sent me several designs and created a wax setting so I could see what the finished ring would look like. He used the diamonds and gold that I had on hand to create a one of a kind piece.The ring was more beautiful then I ever could have imagined. I am so pleased how it turned out.Arthur’s meticulous attention to detail is shown. Arthur and his wife provide outstanding customer service and his work is excellent. He has been in business for several decades and it truly shows. I look forward to doing future business with Arthur’s Jewelry and would highly recommend his store and his services to all. When shopping for wedding rings, I stopped in Arthur's sho right after he opened. After listening to what I wanted, he took the time to answer all the questions I had. I knew exactly what I wanted but let the design up to him. His creation was better than anything I could have imagined! He makes every piece as if its for his family. They also have very original deigns in their showcase. I've never been disappointed with anything my husband has given to me from Arthur's. He created an engagement ring for my wedding band from an earring and 2 other diamonds that I had. All I told him is that I wanted them to look like a set. The finished product is fabulous.. I recommend him to everyone who needs repairs, wants new jewelry for stones you don't know what to do with. You won't be disappointed!!

I brought Arthur a pearl that I got while on a trip to bora bora with my mom. The post had broke off in it and no one seemed to be able to help me. Then I found these wonderful reviews on Arthur and after one phone call I felt some relief and made the drive to see him. While I was there not only did he reassure me he could drill out the post....he also said he could make me a new setting like the picture I showed him. I brought him some old jewelry which he used to make it and the cost was so reasonable. He took time to share the process of how the ring would be created, which made me respect his craftsmanship even more. Arthur has so much talent and is one of the nicest people I have ever meet. After one conversation you feel complete trust in him. Today I pick up my ring and I couldn't have been happier, he did a amazing job, words do not do his abilities justice. I am so thankful I found him.

I have been going to Arthur since he opened. Originally I went because he's close and I needed jewelry repaired. He works right on the premises, you can can see him working, it's kind of cool. Arthur is so honest and takes such good care of me. I always feel like I am visiting with a friend, not just doing business. I love that he has more original pieces in his store that are more reasonably priced than other stores in the Lake Zurich-barrington area. This is a jewelry store that you hand down to your family as they get older, it's like my Aunt and Uncle's family jewelry stores in Cleveland. We wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry! Arthur's work is outstanding. I trust him with to do excellent work, for a fair price and as quick as needed.

Arthur is a master craftsman. I started doing business with him about 4 years ago. He has resized rings, fixed clasps; he made an intricate Italian chain longer. Most recently he redesigned my engagement ring and wedding band into a work of art. He guided me through the designing and molding process making sure I was always happy along the way. If you are looking for a jeweler you can trust with your most precious items, you have found him in Arthur.

Arthur is fantastic. Possibly one of the sweetest people you can meet. I have taken him all my jewelry repairs since we moved to the area 3 years ago. he is timely, and his workmanship in impecable. Most importantly, and recently, I had him design a mother's ring for me. I had no idea what/how I wanted the ring to look. Arthur drew up 6 different designs to get us started. I fell in love with one of the six, he ordered in jewels for me to choose, and used some of my old gold jewelry to make the ring. It is beautiful. I never thought my mother's ring would look so special. He did an outstanding job. I am forever an Arthur's Jewelry customer. He is wonderful!
