Alpine Chapel, established in 1982 and located in Lake Zurich, Ill., offers a wide variety of ministries and programs. It offers teaching and pastoral care, AWANA kid's program, praise band, drama and a children s program for Sunday morning called Adventure Village. The church facility includes a gymnasium, classrooms, lobby and parking, as well as an auditorium. Its other ministries include mothers of preschoolers, women's Bible studies, men's Bible studies, Alpine Institute classes, e-mail prayer chain and newsletter. Alpine Chapel also offers Sunday morning children's program for children up to fifth grade. Its Sun Center provides care services and a variety of programs and services to children up to 24 months. Project Serve allows kids and their families to participate in service projects on church grounds and in the surrounding communities. The projects include community service day, Christmas caroling at the Midlothian Manor retirement home and autumn yard clean-up days for Alpine families.
