I moved with Purple Heart recently and was very nervous and stressed out but I have to say they really exceeded my expectations. Initially I had an issue with a few missing boxes when my things were delivered but I got a call back a few days later that they tracked it down and they delivered it to me within the week! I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and how they handled my items and my concerns. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family moving forward

I moved from Arizona to New Jersey and Purple Heart Moving really made the process easy for me. They handled everything, answered all my questions, and addressed the concerns I had (which were a lot being that this was my first big move) I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've never cared to write reviews before, but I did want to get on here and show some appreciation. I had set up a move with a mover then last minute I was called and told the move couldn't be completed. A friend recommended Purple Heart Moving Group, gave them a call they had movers come out the very next day! My move from Vermont to Connecticut went off without a hitch!!! Thank you for being so diligent for me Purple Heart Moving Group.

I was so impressed with Purple Heart Moving Group, excellent service from start to finish. We moved from North Carolina to Florida, and had to keep our furniture stored for two months while we looked for a permanent home in Florida. When we were packed up in North Carolina the crew did a wonderful job. When we received our furniture in Florida it was in perfect condition, I would highly recommend Purple Heart Moving Group to everyone. You kept your word every step of the way, on price, and on timing ,you are phenomenal!!! If we ever move again (I hope we dont) we would definitely use Purple Heart Moving Group.

Me and my girlfriend used Purple Heart Moving Group last month when we moved from Colorado to Nebraska and in hindsight I would honestly recommend them to anyone. Initially the move went great but upon delivery we noticed a few of our boxes missing along with a foosball table. I started to really panic and called the customer service line immediately! After a few hours I received a call back and Purple Heart was able to track down my foosball table and boxes. I was so relieved! I was really worried that I would never see my stuff again but Purple Heart Moving Group really went above and beyond my expectations as far as communication and organization. Would recommend to anybody whos moving soon!

As I just moved again and this time worked with quality companies, I am reminded how HORRIBLE this experience was with Purple Heart Moving Group. They outsourced the job, wiped their hands of responsibility and then had the nerve to offer a fraction of a refund in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement and removal of negative reviews! Their employees also could not tell me if there was actually anyone in the company with military affiliation or a purple heart. The responsibility to warn others is worth more than the insulting refund I was offered, so I declined. Do not be fooled with a low estimate, you will PAY for it! There are GREAT companies out there. DO NOT use this one!

Highly advise! I called them for a relocation with hardly any notification (:/) but they had the ability to accommodate me anyway. Interaction with Eric prior to the relocation was fantastic. The contract was really clear and easy to comprehend what my expenses would be upfront. Lastly, moving day went so well! I have actually never used movers before so wasn't sure what to expect. The two people (sorry i don't remember your names!) were incredibly polite and fast! They moved everything with care and put things in the brand-new location any place I asked. When they understood they were finishing up early (4 hour minutes) they let me understand i still had time and asked if i required help with anything prior to leaving. If i ever need to move again I will absolutely call Dan and his team because i know i'll be treated relatively and have a hassle-free move!

Purple Heart Moving Group's crew courteous, efficient, remarkably dexterous carrying everything, organized in their labeling of the boxes, and very amenable about placing furniture in the new place.

It was great experience with Purple Heart Moving Group. We requested several quotes to different companies but their quote was most professional and detailed. The guys arrived on time (bit earlier which was plus for us) and they called me prior their arrival. Everything went smooth. The man in charge was very friendly and great fun, attitude. I highly commend anyone who needs moving service.

They even did little things like help us find trim to match the original molding of our house and offered thoughtful design changes to help us find extra storage space not included in the original design that were very much appreciated. On time, on budget, incredibly responsive, zero issues with city inspections and genuinely nice people who take great pride in their work. Simply put, these guys are great.

Awesome company. Easy to work with. Not a scratch on my furniture and they organized it neatly in the storage. Competitive pricing. We will definitely be using this company again.

Fast, efficient, thorough, polite- the gentleman who was packing the container was a damn Tetris master. They checked in with me to make sure they took exactly what I wanted in the container and nothing that didn't belong in there. They were in & out of my 3/1.5 in 2.5 hours and dude, that container is packed solid. Nothing is moving. These folks are amazing. This is who you want moving your stuff.

I recommend them. Amazing job. Fast. Very careful with everything. Great customer service. They put everything where it needs to go and wrapped all delicate items. I will definitely use Purple Heart Moving Group every time and will tell others to do the same!

They are the best movers that I have ever seen. So friendly and nice and never complained about all the boxes and last-minute changes and help move things that they did not have to move which was so appreciated. I would recommend them over and over again and use them again!

The packing ladies absolutely crushed it; packed my entire place in under two hours. After unpacking everything myself, I don't know how they packed so neatly and safely in that amount of time. Moving guys were solid, no complaints. This company has a top notch process and makes sure you have customer support throughout.

Worst moving company EVER!I hired Purple Heart and they contracted “fragile”. They quoted me 2500 after packing my stuff it was up to 3500. They left with my things and called days later saying they messed up the math and I owe them 5500. My stuff was stored in a warehouse and they refused delivery until they got their money. (Wouldn’t even return it to original place, I was told I would be charged for that 2) I pay them ANOTHER 1k just to get it on the road, I still had to pay over $2k on delivery. so now I pay and I dont hear anything for days, finally I get ahold of someone saying “your stuff was loaded today and will be there in 7-10 days, the driver will call you TWENTY FOUR hours in advance to drop off your stuff. So 4 days go bye I get a call at 3pm asking what time tomorrow was good for me? I dont know why they asked... I had no option. I said 2pm the earliest I’m at work it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive home, I work weekends. The guy said he was busy and to make sure I had cash, after all the problems I had, I said “I was told cash or MONEY ORDER” I got the money orders (made out to Purple Heart, the company I HIRED) they say oh well make sure they are from the post office and made out to fragile. I got mine from Walmart, and that was NEVER specified. Now I have $2000 in useless money orders AND I’m told I have to be there at 8am (less than 24hrs advance) on Monday morning. If I can’t make it my stuff will be placed in storage and I have to pay storage fees AND they won’t be able to deliver again for a good 2-3 weeks... so I make it, I pay them cash, and now I’m unpacking my BROKEN fragile items. Can’t forget the kicker.... ready for this??? This move was abruptly made and unplanned, my mother passed away and I had to clean out her house, obviously trying to keep family heirlooms, the packers started asking me if they could have my dead moms things that they noticed I wasn’t packing, and ASKED for tips (which they got) before we even started talking about payment

This company is a dishonest company! They are complete LIARS!!!!!! Don't hire this moving company!

Took them 32 days to drive from PA to FL. They delivered my furniture broke, all the boxes in horrible condition, and lost one of my luggage. They delivered a box that don’t belong to us and never called us about this box. My luggage they don’t care , they don’t look for and don’t gives us any update. They ignore your emails , calls, text, they are extremely unprofessional.
Purple Heart Moving Group is a disgrace to the Veterans who have earned this service award. I would recommend all people to stay away from this company. I will let you know if the owner has enough guts to call me and apologize for his companies horrendous service. Maybe the Baltimore County Police could open an investigation into this company since their are so many complaints.

They NEVER tried to called us, NEVER sent a text message about it. They are LIARS !!!!!!!

Biggest scam on the planet , I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my biggest enemy.

These guys did our move last month, I was thinking about them, because we are moving on a long distance. The movers were incredible, professional, fast and careful, while dealing with delicate items and furniture's. They did a fantastic job for a very fair price.
