These people are complete and total scumbags. If you get a letter from them, don't pay a dime. They sent my mother a medical bill for her dead brother. When I called them to rectify it, they told me I had to send the thing back, stating he's dead. I told them I wanted it done now, and they hung up. What does it matter if I call them to tell them instead of writing it on a piece of paper? He's dead! Scumbags!
