Awful Customer service. I have been going to this Cleaner for over 11 years since i moved to SF. Recently i went to pick up my shirts and as the gentleman was getting my shirts i happened to see a few of my shirts that i have been looking for and when i told the guy that those are my shirts, to make a long story short they had about 10 of my shirts under a different name and would not let me pay to get my shirts. They told me they had to call another customer under which name the shirts were listed and that i had to come back the next day to pick them up. The next day when I went back with my receipts in hand, the owner was there, didn't even say sorry or admit that they made a mistake, he just wave at me like it's nothing. People, stay away...there are plenty of great family owned Cleaners out there, give your business where it's appreciated.

Horrible! They never claim that they've made a mistake and you will never hear the words, "I'm sorry". Very arrogant

Unfortunately we took my husband's white leather jacket to this local (under new ownership) cleaners. We needed to have a small rip on the sleeve fixed and they said they had someone who came in and took the leather once a week. However, when my husband went to get the jacket, it looked worse than before. These owners decided they could fix it on sight. I told them they should have called us first, but they said they were the experts and knew best how to fix it. They said to return the jacket and they would fix it again! HA! HA! YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING.



There never was an apology. Only arrogance that they knew better what to do and as I said, no acknowledgement of an error of any kind. Their loss!
