This Used Car Dealership is the best company in the universe...better than Microsoft or Apple and more influential. While I was considering on purchasing one of their fully certified vehicles , I was treated to espresso and Italian pastries. They also have a full time masseuse to relax you and make you feel great about your transaction. After I did indeed purchase the vehicle, they provided me with a full bumper to bumper warranty for no extra charge. Good for a year. Their prices are reasonable and they do not bait and switch with hidden fees. It was a pleasure to deal with them, the gentleman in finance J. and the young lady D. I had a similar experience like the other guest. I went and bought a cheap car under 1k. The car wouldn’t start, so the sales man said oh it’s the battery. I offered him a 1k for car, and a new battery. It was selling for $950. I then asked the sales man how much total for car, title, tax, and tag. Ct3. I told the man I was a new car owner, so I didn’t have experience with getting the T3. He said oh no don’t worry we get all that done here for you. I said I will be back next business day for car. After I bought the car, I noticed a few things seemed off. First, my radio would not operate. Second, the car radiatior was cracked. Hence not the battery causing the car to turn off. Switch issue. Me being a dummy didn’t think. I just wanted the car to get me to my work and school. Lastly, they refuse to give me my car title and tag claiming I owe them an additional $400. I have receipts. I called and told the man about radio, he said M name was it. Oh, we don’t cover radios. Then he is like anything else? I said yes, I would like to come in and get my title, tag. He said bring me money. I said I have receipt. He insisted i didn’t and said I owe if I want the car documents. I am a a Christian. I won’t report to BBB, but please don’t buy from them. Thanks.

I purchased a car for $1,700, after driving 40 miles, the car went on fire and now has no a/c and no transmission.

Fixed the AC in my van. Moved to NH and they worked with the mailing of my payments. When i switched jobs they worked with me on delaying payments. My van is paid off now and title and lean satisfaction letter certified to me. I love Mike vert helpful dealership who helped me when no one else would!

I bought a car from them on July 23, 2016. The car had more issues than it is worth. The tire had wires, the a/c doesn't blow cold, there is a gas smell in the car, and the cv joints need replacing. Gave them a chance to fix it. The mechanic looked at the a/c and said it was weak (mind you I have owned the car less than 2 weeks). They charged me $44 to look at it. When the mechanic looked at it he unhooked something in the engine compartment, I went back to have them fix it. When I got there, I was given an attitude. I was under the impression that someone was following me outside to help, but no the opposite they locked me out of the building. The gas smell in the car is unbearable sometimes. I have reported them to the BBB and still nothing has changed.

This place is the land of fraud, bad fairh and grand larceny. DO NOT buy cars here. I am filing a lawsuit against them, feel free to respond to post if you would like to join me in a Class Action

ALL APPROVED AUTOWORKS LLC IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. RALPH LAHUSKY IS RUDE, ARROGANT AND VERY SHADY! HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS ANY FURTHER UNTIL HE'S INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDULENT MISCONDUCT. THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES FOR HIS ACTIONS!

They sold me a car and it lasted six days.
