We had Impact windows and doors installed by Garabar. We are so delighted to tell you what a fabulous job they did. They are beautiful. Brightened up the house, inside and out. The quality of the doors and windows are worth every penny and they truly add value to your home. My praise to our team they were very professional , clean and helpful. A true asset to Garabar. They went over and above moving items in our home that we had trouble moving. I Highly recommend if you need windows and doors to call Garabar.

We had a bad leak into our garage. Water everywhere. I asked for recommendations and was given three names. None of the other two saw the problems that Garabar Roofing found. I am sure if I went with any of the other people, I would still have the leak. All the other roofers wanted to do was replace the paper on the roof. Garabar said the plywood needed replacement as well a flashing. When they took off the damaged roof, you could see the problem.
They are one of the most professional companies I have ever seen. The estimate was detailed, the work to be performed detailed, and the work was done in a very professional manner. The Warranty was spelled out. I would use them again without hesitation.

A disaster from start to finish. Should have listened to former hoa member who told us not to use the company and gone with my gut. After signing the contract we were left with blank papers to notarize and a sales rep who was never responsive. It went downhill from there. They hit a water pipe and our house was destroyed. We stayed in the house 7 days with industrial sized fans as it took that long to dry out the water and we could not find a place to go with our special needs children and animals . Aj Garabian and his team could care less about the situation. He never contacted us until
I posted on Facebook. We had to file an insurance claim and here we sit almost 5 months later with a wrecked house. Almost every wall was full of water and I lost precious items that I can never get back. There was very little communication throughout the re-roofing process and although I begged them To call me before coming they just showed up on random days. I work at home with Veterans so this was very difficult with my job. To say they destroyed our lives the past few months is an understatement. To top it off the new roof looks crappy and sloppy. They already had to replace broken tiles before it was even done and didn't even order enough tiles to finish the job which took even longer. Choose someone else.

We were very pleased with our Garabar Window experience from beginning to end.
The Window crew showed up when they were supposed to, completed the job and always cleaned up after themselves. They taped the windows and work areas. The window installers worked very hard at cleaning up as they worked. We had minimal clean up inside/outside. Window installation was completed in a timely manner- as promised. Our windows look beautiful.
The office staff was very efficient, professional & communicative. Any and all questions throughout the process were always addressed and answered. I would highly recommend Garabar for your window installation project. You won't be disappointed. We highly recommend them!

Had a total roof replacement by Garabar. First impression: very professional. My salesman was involved in every step of the roofing process and kept me well informed. He took a genuine interest in making sure things were done right. Once the process started, every crew member involved was efficient and professional. They seemed to go out of there way to do the job right: protecting windows, cleaning up everyday, etc. I was very impressed with both the speed and care they took during the replacement. It was quite obvious that their goal was to do the job right. Communication at every level was top notch, from the workers to the front office, everything was seamless. The only issue I had was a broken exterior light which they took care of with no hassle at all. So not only were they by far the best price I was quoted (I had 3 other estimates) there workmanship was very impressive! I haven’t hesitated to recommend them to friends that were looking to replace their roofs. Highly recommended!

Just had Garabar roofing replace our roof. What a stress free experience. The support and communication (thanks Tom Hogg) to the actual ripping off, tile replacement, stucco repairs and painting was wonderful. They worked together like a well oiled machine all while protecting our shrubs, air conditioners and new driveway. They finished on Tuesday and had the Palm Beach County inspector in on Wednesday--job done. Impressive

Did a good job, even with the pandemic they were on point with getting things done.

Prices were fair (had multiple quotes from different companies). Best part was really having them not mess around, I explained what I wanted and they worked with it. Had my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters all replaced. One company, one bill, 0 headaches.

Hired Garabar for impact windows/doors install. From the very start, Gil, Harry & Blaise were on point, communicating with us every step of the way. Harry & Blaise were at our home on a daily basis, tracking the progress of the job. Any & all of our concerns were addressed immediately and precisely to our satisfaction. The install crew was friendly, clean, professional, and most importantly, ON TIME. The install is complete, and the windows/doors look amazing. An A+ company, would highly recommend.
