Provided by YP.comI thought I had a problem with a lost parcel, so I went to the Lake Wales post office and actually spoke to the Postmaster Cathy Garrett. She was very friendly and she immediately tracked my package . Even calling the post office it was shipped from. only to find out that it was not shipped when I was told and should be waiting at my house when I returned. NOW that's customer SERVICE
