Read the other review posted in 2008, turned out I had a similar incident in 2014. Why is this owner still in business? I was charged multiple times for monthly fees and not get refunded, though it was applied to future lessons. I found out that this practice happens frequently with others as well and not unintentional. Check your bank statements and make sure makeup lesson times are fulfilled!

Daughter takes piano lessons here from a fantastic teacher. She has progressed quickly playing music she loves and helps to choose. Son is learning guitar from a very friendly and positive instructor. Owner has always been friendly and helpful. She goes the extra distance to help whenever we have needed anything. This has been a great experience for my children and is something they are very proud of. The convenient location, accomodating owner and fabulous instructors will keep us coming for lessons for a long time in the future.

Lake county music cheated us out of our money. They took our money for the whole session without telling us that the teacher was being switched. When we asked for a refund the owner just said no! Don't go to this school!!!!
