I have used this Quest lab for several years and they are always very personable and professional. I have trouble sometimes with finding a "good vein" but the folks here do a terrific job - first time. I like being able to schedule my appointments online.

Not allowed opportunity to talk to a real live person. Not an option with Quest. Doesn't matter what Quest location you call...........answering service is all the same. I hate this!!! I wouldn't use them on general principle. Any company that does not give an option to talk to a real live person doesn't deserve our business and apparently they don't want it.
