Terrible management. My stylist did not do what I wanted. She was supposed to do a balayage but it did not lighten at all. She colored my hair back to my natural hair color except for the front small pieces. My stylist told me I could come back in a few weeks and can lighten it again and I’ll receive a discount. I paid full price $120 originally for color that did not work. I emailed the salon and instead of replying the owner sent my stylist to call me. We played phone tag. I finally called the salon and got the owner (Kathy). I requested to be refunded back for the balayage only. I would pay for the cut and product. She said she didn’t know how to do that and was adamant about me coming back to have someone redo my hair. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable going back to a salon that I complained about to work with my hair. She went in circles with me about just coming in when I would continuously ask for the refund. I ended up hanging up on her due to her being so unprofessional and unkind. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and the owner did not reply. Would not recommend going to this salon.
