Wonderful new place!! The atmosphere is great - relaxed and welcoming, just as the owners and crew are. The food is delicious and very unique, and as they cater also, a great idea for office parties or get togethers. Absolutely the best pastries and coffee around??

PJ has done it! Fork This is a one of a kind gem, recently opened in Lake Park.



I go into restaurants for a living. But Fork This stands apart from the crowd. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The decor is eclectic without being too far out. Local Historic Surf photos, comfortable seating areas, unique art and beautiful custom woodwork are only the beginning. Front of House is where most restaurants stop decorating.



Fork This features the best restaurant washrooms. Clean and well designed, they reflect the commitment to detail that splashes over and flows through this place.



Their Kitchen is roomy, clean and you guessed it, well designed. Splashes of color and light are a stark contrast from the average restaurant kitchen. This is by far the cleanest restaurant kitchen I have ever entered.



For all the above reasons, this is a great reason to stop by Fork This. However, the staff and food also rise to your expectations.



Healthy and delicious salads, sandwiches, and soups are offered. Homemade pickles and sauces are a reminder that local eateries can deliver flavors that are often absent in the one size fits all chain menus.



The homemade cookies will entice you to bring some home to share. However, they may not survive the car ride home.



It is tucked away in an industrial plaza, so make the effort to find this shop.



Raise your expectations. Fork This is a new breed.



I am looking forward to the chance to have them cater an event. In the meantime, I will be enjoying their menu as often as possible.
