I just had all my single pane windows replaced with Alside triple pane the contractor Dave uses is very professional and the finished product is proof. From the demonstration to the install I was very happy with all aspects of the project I would recommend Royal Exteriors to anyone in the market for new windows.

We recently had 4 windows and 3 sliding glass doors installed in an older home. We were very pleased with the entire process, from the time we placed the order through the entire installation process. The price was right, the quality of the product is excellent, and the installers were very professional, pleasant, and efficient.

We just had 8 windows and 1 sliding door installed. the Quality and professionalism and was unsurpassed. Not to mention the price was half of anybody else. They paid special attention to detail and didn't harm the interior or exterior in anyway. I would rank our overall experience as a 10.

We had our older aluminum windows and sliding glass doors replaced with the triple pane Alside windows and couldn't be happier with the product and installation. They're working better than advertised.

We are so pleased with our new triple pane windows! Already we are enjoying the energy saving features and less exterior noise. We saw Dave's ad in the newspaper and made an appointment. He was very professional and we loved the window features. We had looked at other windows but Alside was of superior quality and price. By far the best value. Everyone should get a bid from Dave before making a choice. We had all 6 windows replaced and love them. The installers were very professional, were on time and did quality work. We cannot complain about anything they did. The new widows really updated the look of our house have added value to our home. Thank you Dave and team for an excellent experience. We're happy with the entire purchase. Dave came to our home, made an excellent presentation, and said he would wait in his truck while we decided. I was already sold, so I told him that he didn't have to go to his truck, and started to write a check. He said "You don't pay me until the job is done!". We got a call in a few days asking if the installers could come out. The time suggested was fine with us, so they came out and started work. We had ten windows and a slider installed, all triple pane. The windows look better in our opinion than what you can buy elsewhere, and the molding is a fancy vinyl molding, called brick molding, which we think looks great! Already, our furnace doesn't run as much, while the home stays warm, and we feel the central air will run less, with outside noise being reduced. Thanks!

We've waited 36 years to get new windows, and Royal Exteriors and Alside Windows did an excellent job installing them. We had a small glitch with one window, but Alside took care of the problem. The installation crew was amazing!! Thanks Dave!

We learned about Royal Exteriors through a newspaper ad, after getting 3 other bids we decided to call Royal Exteriors. We where very impressed with Dave and Alside Windows. In one day the skilled installers replaced 7 windows for us. We are very happy with the results and comments from family and friends on the new look of our home. We bought Alside windows from Royal Exteriors and had them install them for us. The install team that came pretty much had our 9 windows installed in 1 day and only had to come back the next to finish reinstalling the vinyl siding they took off. The windows have given our house a new look and are doing a great job of keeping the heat out.

We wanted to replace several windows facing the west side of our house. That side gets the most weather and heat!After speaking with Dave and reviewing his credentials and certifications we were impressed. The product is very good with the triple glass! Opted to have a sliding glass door put in where a window used to be. Awesome! The work crew were very professional, quick and very careful inside the house and out! I would recommend Royal Exteriors Inc. to anyone and everyone. Return visits for adjustments (if needed) are done promptly and with efficiency.

We were looking for reasonably priced windows, installed in a timely fashion, without undue damage or mess. Everything went well, from Dave's initial presentation, the installers' measuring appointment to the installation day. Unfortunately, we were assigned one of the wettest days of the season and the installers opted to go ahead. Our only small concern is that after the windows were installed and the tarps were taken up, the installers continued to walk in and out of the open front door with wet boots, leaving marks on our wood floors, which we had to clean up. Not sure if wearing booties over their boots and assigning an "inside" guy and an "outside" guy would have alleviated this. The team was polite and fast. All in all, we are very satisfied and would recommend Royal Exteriors wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Initially, I was told that it would take 2 days to install the windows and door, but the work was completed in a single day and looks great. My windows are in sharp contrast to those of a neighbor that used another contractor. The workers were very courteous and left the job site just as they found it. My only disappointment is that after two requests and almost two months after the patio door was installed, I am still waiting for the patio door lock to arrive and be installed.

We did a lot of research on costs and types of window replacements. We found that Royal Exteriors was by far the best value. I was impressed that David didn't ask for any payment until the job was done to our satisfaction. The work crew was great: capable, efficient and pleasant. It was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the results. If only all home improvement companies could be as honest, dependable and capable, it would be a perfect world.
