Horrible experience in both repairs and service. My 2005 25hp Mec was taken in for possible carburetor work. They told me it needed a water pump then seals replaced on the bottom shaft. After 4 weeks and 12 calls from me to check on the status, I thought it was finished. They hadn't ordered the parts yet. I was heading to a fishing trip in Bend and needed the boat ASAP. They threw it together and my 1st 1/2 hour on the lake my propeller FELL OFF ! It also dripped oil from the shaft. I was humiliated and had to be towed in to shore.A reputable Bend Marine dealer said the propeller should have never come off and the nuts were not tightened producing an oil leak. They reimbursed me for the extra repairs, but without an apology. I called them again and waited 2 1/2weeks for the check because they forgot to send it. I would never recommend this company for any type of boat or motor repairs.
