Red flag after red flag! This contractor was a scam. All they care is your wallet, and nothing else! You should avoid this contractor. Do not buy in their promptness. They are fast because they want your money fast and they probably have no other work to do other than yours.

I hired Elements for a roof repair job. I found them to be organized and professional. The cost was a little more than I was expecting for the work but everything looks great and the finished per their agreement. Overall a good contractor to choose for roofing.

Super experience from start to finish. Ben was awesome at walking me through everything. They were great on scheduling, showing up for initial appointment, followup and signing. When they got started, they were clean and completed the work as agreed upon. It took a little longer than expected but it was the weathers fault! Pice was comparable to other companies but the service and experience was second to none.

Ben did a great job on my repair work. They did all the work in 2 days and the new shingles look very nice.

I just needed them for a quick repair. They were on time and gave me a fair price . The also did a thermal camera inspection and showed me where i was losing a lot of heat. Cool..

I hired Elements to repair my leak problem. They showed up shortly after my emergency call with 3 workers and the owner Ben. He inspected everything and gave me a printout of the cost before they started. I agreed and they had everything finished in only 4 hours! I'm so thankful. Very professional company

I was referred to the company from my neighbor. They were happy and I hoped to be as well!. I stopped by their office and set up an appointment. Everyone was helpful with my questions and we set an appointment 10 days away. The day the work began it was raining ( as usual) They covered everything up and worked even though the weather was less than ideal. It took them 2 days to complete everything. The owner kept showing up to inspect and inform me of the progress. The cost was what i expected and Ii did not feel taken advantage of because I am a woman. I would recommend Elements and Ben to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and get a fair deal on roofing work .

Elements was recommended to me from my friend at the club. It has always been hard to find a contractor that would not rip me off. I called and made an appointment with Ben. He was very pleasant and professional. I explained my problem with a leak. He stated that he had a good idea of the damage but wanted to use his infra-red camera. It was really cool! Ben told me of the cost to do the repair. It seemed like a fair price. We scheduled to come out on tues. An army of workers descended on my home and worked for most of the day to finish. Loved my experience with Elements from start to finish. First company I called that I did not get an answering machine! The estimator came prepared with all the information on my house ready to go. They got the job dome on 2 days and did not pad my bill. You could not ask for more in a contractor.

Elements work could not be better. They gave me a fair price on my repair. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. What I like the best are the worker that came out. the supervisor Juan listen to my concerns and made sure that everything was kept clean. Bottom line....Great roofers.

We contracted Elements to patch a leak and replace our gutters. Not an expensive job but rather an important one. I met with the contractor Ben. He was direct and to the point about the work that needed to be done and the cost. I agreed to the price and hired him after he gave me his bid. He had 3 guys over later that day and and my job done in only 3 hours. He even through free material that saved me $130.00. Everything is cool now and my gutters are draining like they are suppose to.

Elements did a great job on replacing my roof on my beach house. It was difficult to find a company that would come out to Seaside and not be priced off the planet. I was very happy when I saw the results. I has an old shake roof and It was recommended to replace it with a synthetic Shake style roof. The look is great and it hopefully will last in the wind. I think the company is professional and fair with their pricing.

I knew it wasn't going to be cheap when I called Elements. I had 4 other companies bid my job over the past month and they all seemed really expensive. I finally couldn't wait any longer and got one last bid from Elements. They were OK on the price and were upfront about the true cost. They did very clean work. My roof looks great!. Everyone acted professionally and they finished on time.

I hired Elements to replace my roof. I told them when the came for the quote that I needed it dome right away. On Thursday they started early and had all the old one removed by 10:00. They put new wood on and this white plastic stuff and had all the new singles done by 430. I liked that they brought 8 workers to get it done so efficiently. Everyone was professional, and they did not destroy any part of my yard. I was happy with my choice. Element performed as expected from their reviews

I hired Elements to replace my roof. The cost was in the middle of the estimates I had. I liked Ben. He was on time and the job was handled professionally. He helped me select a shingle that was shaped differently. It made my home look much more modern. Good experience I recommend them.
