Trost installed and has provided seasonal service for our sprinkler system. This past year a valve was damaged due to them leaving it closed during winterizing. Trost refused to repair the valve despite the damage being their fault. It also took them nearly two weeks to give me an answer. This is not the way to do business with loyal customers.

They came and turned on my system for the summer and it was set to go off every hour I'm a Disabled Veteran that lives in a handicapped accessible home. I didn't notice because I work all day and hadn't noticed. The Township came by and left a Red Tag for consumption on my door. I thought about it and found out they didn't set it up right. I called them to try and get things right and they said they couldn't believe I didn't notice and that there was nothing they could do. There is one thing I can do it's to make sure everyone knows what kind of business they're running and how they treat Veterans. They cost me almost $400.00 BEWARE!!!
