I've used these guys for over a couple of years and my lawn is beautiful. Many compliments. Even the shrubs I have them fertilize, look so healthy now.

Unbelievably dishonest company. Wasn t interested in renewing my service and told the technician when he came to apply the first spring application. He stated no problem and that he would let the office know and went on his happy way. Two month s later the SAME guy came out and started to apply product until I stopped him. I stated that I told you I wasn t interested the last time you were here and that you were to cancel my account in which his reply was oh...now I remember . He again said he would tell his office. He also stated that I guess you got this application for free . He only spread my front lawn which is less than 500 sq feet. I live on a 2 acre lot. Every month after this I have received invoices for 2 full applications and late fees. I have talked and sent e-mails explaining my side but nobody is interested in the truth. I even e-mailed Keith the owner and NEVER received a reply. I went as far as reporting them to the BBB and tried mediating the problem but with no luck there either. Natural Way continues to lie and misrepresent the facts. They are now sending me notices of collection which is a joke. This company and owner are a big fraud. Watch your wallet.
