Dean has came out to repair my refrigerator and dishwasher. Fixed right the first time. As far as appliance repairs excellent work.

Don't know how they got high stars. They get you with low service call, then give you high quote. They're already there and you have them do
The work. They did multiple things. First they connected cold water to dishwasher. Upon having them return, they were gonna charge me for the return trip. REALLY?! Don't think so. Then about 3 moths later the garbage disposal started leaking that they installed. Then about 3 months later we had consumers energy come out and tag us for a gas leak... ON THE GAS PIPES THEY INSTALLED. They had 3 plumbers work all 3 different fails... So, not just one plumber to blame for failures. ALL 3! Please... Go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache!!!

Excellent local business. Unfortunately I have needed them several times over the last 10 years. They have always done a very good job for a fair price.

My experience started out great, I received a very reasonable quote to run approximately 12ft of flexible ¾” gas line on Friday and set up the appointment to install the following Monday. (The job was expected to take less than an hour to run the flexible pipe.) Monday, I received a call that they were going to be later than expected… still OK, at least they called. The installer shows up prepared to install ½” pipe… come to find out, or at least this was the story he was told is that they could not get the ¾” termination plate to run the ¾” pipe so I am SOL! Please note that the range that I am buying specifically requires ¾”and I told him that ½” wouldn’t do it. Then he proceeds to tell me that if I needed 3/4” that they could run black pipe for double the original quoted price.

I don’t claim to be an expert, but it was a matter of minutes to find the ¾” termination plate on-line… I would assume that they could have made a phone call or two to locate the part and I would have accepted a delay… the experience left me sour and I really felt that it was a bait and switch tactic…it was like they had me invest/waste my time and were trying to hold me hostage expecting me to give the go-ahead and charge me double!

LOHC is WONDERFUL! They came out in the middle of the night on Christmas eve and replaced my blower motor for a very reasonable cost! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
