I arrived at Colony Cleaners at 7:05PM on a Wednesday. I noticed they had just closed, so I was planning on leaving until I noticed an employee waving me in from the door. I happily walked in and thanked her for helping me even though they were closed. The second I got inside the employee (didn't get a name but drives an older green truck) immediately began rolling her eyes and telling me what an inconvenience I am to her because they had already closed. I told her I would come back the next day but she insisted on helping me, being rude to me the whole time. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a business before, and I most certainly will never be back to Colony Cleaners. I told the employee that I should've gone somewhere else, and she said nothing..as if I should have. Worst customer service ever!
