Pavan Patel, MD, joined AdventHealth Medical Group’s elite cardiology team in 2016. He is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular ultrasound. Dr. Patel completed a residency in internal medicine at Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) in Orlando followed by a cardiology fellowship at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. He has a special interest in coronary arterydisease, congestive heart failure and valvular heart disease. By taking the time to educate patients on their conditions and ways to help manage them, Dr.Patel enables active participation not just in deciding treatment plans butalso in obtaining positive patient care outcomes.
