Had a mower that I was pretty sure was blown up. No compression and every time I tried to start it fuel spewed from the exhaust.
Danny gave me 3 steps I could do to fix the problem.

So annoyed I sent this email:

Your company has left a sour taste in my mouth. I brought my edger in due to issue with the carb which I was informed I should use the gas you sell that has no ethanol. I followed the instructions to finish out the gas and then replace with the new gas at which time, the edger stopped working. I had to bring it back in and it was adjusted. It didn't run seem to run properly and after not even three full months it stopped working completely. I bring it back, explain everything that transpired and wasn't told I'd be charged yet again. I wasn't told there was a possibility of a charge because I wouldn't have left it. Now I'm being charged again for the same issue and was told to use the same gas I bought the first time I came to you guys. I feel ripped off by you all and after posting my experience on Facebook a few people commented that your company is known for that.



Now I feel cheated because unless I pay the same fee again you keep my edger. And it is quite obvious you guys didn't fix it properly the first time.
